Applications are officially closed for the 2025 festival.

Please only use this form if you have been asked by the organisers to fill it in.

The 2025 event takes place on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th July, 2025.

Important: This is a non-commercial, FREE community event and the organisers are unable to pay a fee for any appearance. However, in some circumstances, travel and accommodation expenses can be agreed in advance.

Author / Speaker form

You will need a photo of you and your bio / talk title ready. Also think about any other media that may help us promote your slot.

Musician / artist form

You will need a photo and some information describing your act. You can also upload a video of any past performance.
